Our goal at Friend of a Friend is to empower children and families to achieve lifelong successes through the development of mind, body, and spirit. Friend of a Friend develops long-lasting supportive relationships with youth and their families. The agency will build a team of qualified providers and develop a customized service plan including referral sources and community based resources.
This service helps individuals living in their own or their families' homes learn, retain, or improve their skills related to activities of daily living. Services include teaching:
After school services are provided to youth and families in Travis and Williamson counties. Youth enrolled in the program will receive homework assistance, tutoring and social/recreational interaction and social skills acquisition. The agency also offers a Summer Camp from June-August. Youth will participate in several recreational activities as they explore the many community based attractions in Central Texas.

Friend of a Friend Youth and Family Services promotes cultural awareness and diversity. The agency sponsors family oriented events to build relationship with families in the community.
